May 18, 2021 Indiana Law About Abortion Pills Disputed

In April the Indiana governor signed into law a provision to ensure that women who are prescribed the abortion pills has information on the possibility of reversing the abortion after the first pill is taken if she changes her mind. Six states have similar laws in place, but those in North Dakota, Oklahoma, and Tennessee have been blocked by the courts.

Now a lawsuit has been filed which challenges the Indiana law. It also challenges another Indiana law banning doctors from providing abortion services by virtual visits.
